How To Lie With Headlines.

Note the headline in the Canadian Jewish News.

Archeologist finds artifacts from time of Solomon’s Temple
Then, in the text of the story we get this revelation.
Baruch says the archeological finds indicate the presence of people on the site of the Temple Mount during late eighth-century and seventh-century B.C., which is consistent with Jewish biblical claims.
First off, is there really a question that there was significant human activity at the site in the 7th century? (600's BC). The time period is at least two centuries later than any supposed "Solomon," however.

We still lack any archaeology at all to indicate that "Solomon" had anything to do with the construction of the "First Temple."
Something is wrong here. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong. This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed.
